Now, e-disha staff to wear uniforms, offer help to public

GURUGRAM: In a first of its kind initiative, the personnel at Gurugram's driving licence department will wear a color coded uniform. All staff at the Gurugram North's e-disha administrative center, together with Bharat Bhushan Gogia, sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) now wear a royal blue and black colour Nehru Jacket. A textual content in hindi that translates to "can I help you" has been monogramed at the entrance pocket of the jacket.


The goal is to make the personnel at the driving licence e-disha department more accessible to the public. Offering to assist in hindi, makes it more straightforward for the folk, particularly the ones from rural and deficient background, to approach the personnel.




The colour coordination brings in uniformity and where looks more professional. We are trying to streamline the machine, and the first step in opposition to that is to make issues more straightforward for individuals who are not very comfortable in opposition to the virtual strategies," stated Bharat Bhushan Gogia, SDM, Gurgaon, and North.
