The licensed sites are spread over six zones — Rohini, Civil Lines, City, Karol Bagh, Sadar Paharganj and Narela — and come with gyms, group centres, sports activities complexes, senior citizen game centres, mahila haats, licensed dhalaos and zonal offices. Private firms will install cell towers via erecting vital structural infrastructure after you have a technical clearance from the engineering department, said an professional.


The scheme seeks to use the corporation houses at high locations in north and west Delhi, which stay underutilised.
