I bask in (What you consume for your cheat days): I generally don’t cheat, so even though I do, I ensure that it’s a blank cheat, like a sugar-free dessert, or a dosa without oil etc. Also, I pair it with a heavy training day (leg day) so that no harm is done.

My workout: I weight train five days a week, dedicating a day to a heavy muscle workforce. Apart from this, I do 1 hour of cardio in the morning as well as in the night.

Low-calorie recipes I swear through: Protein pancakes are truly low in calories and filling. Lettuce wraps are the most efficient, it's like having a burger without the bun wrapped in lettuce. Zucchini boats are nice too. Zucchinis full of rooster kheema are truly low in calories and taste heavenly!
