GUWAHATI: A young Assam Police inspector, Bhaskar Kalita, the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bordumsa police station in Tinsukia district of Assam, was once killed in an come upon with ULFA (Independent) militants close to the inter-state border with Arunachal Pradesh late Friday night.
