While the store remained ex-parte, the producing company’s counsel argued that Kumar’s story on garments being broken used to be false and the corporate technicians by no means assured money back or an upgraded gadget in trade. He said that the customer didn’t permit the gadget to be taken to their facility for examination. However, the corporate said that the gadget had advanced a fault whilst it used to be under guaranty period.
After a 32-month litigation, the discussion board on May five directed the corporate and its store to switch the drum of the gadget free of cost or refund the money to Kumar after deducting 10 in step with cent from the whole cost, as he had used it for a year. They have been also ordered to pay Rs 1,000 against Kumar’s court bills.
