MCG holds first public meet for wards 19 and 23

GURUGRAM: MCG officials on Wednesday conducted the primary public assembly in ward numbers 19 and 23 on the neighborhood centre of Sector 15 (Part 2), the place citizens raised a number of issues when it comes to highway construction, sanitation, encroachments, horticulture, cleansing of hurricane water drains and shortage of public bathrooms for ladies.


With the purpose to get to the bottom of issues within the subsequent six days, officials met MCG councillors, RWAs, NGOs and citizens. “While citizens of Hari Nagar and Shakti Park raised the problem of encroachment by means of vendors on roads and revival of hurricane water drain, citizens of Sector 10A raised the problem of encroachment of the land intended for girls’ rest room in the market. Officials instantly got the store encroaching the land removed and promised to start out the cleansing of hurricane water drain on the earliest. We also told the corporation to hand over sanitation paintings of the Sector 37 industrial space to the commercial association,” stated Ashwini Sharma, MCG councillor, Ward no.23.


MCG has also prepared a ward-wise schedule for conferences. “The aim of the general public assembly is for officials to expand the town with the assistance of citizens,” Yashpal Yadav, MCG commissioner, stated on the assembly. He added that the corporation has shaped nodal officers to handle issues when it comes to different sectors.
