After some time, Patel deposited Rs1.93 lakh in Chauhan’s bank account so the latter felt that the funding scheme is just right. Chauhan invested Rs1lakh two times in Patel’s company and got some cash in go back. Later, Chauhan didn’t get any returns for 2 months and when he contacted Patel, the latter stated that there used to be partnership issue within the company. Patel then satisfied Chauhan to speculate Rs5 lakh in every other company. But Chauhan didn’t get any returns on his funding later. Chauhan advised the cops that Patel made a number of excuses as a substitute of returning his cash. Chauhan also stated that Leena Kulkarni, a resident of Pune, too used to be duped of Rs35 lakh by way of Patel.
