Cuttack: D. Prakash Rao is a tea-seller with a difference. His courage to veer off the overwhelmed track and produce about a trade in the lives of kids residing in slums here thru giving training to them makes him unique, and has earned him the Padma Shri.
The 62-year-old, who has been selling tea for a residing since he was no longer even nine, began teaching slum-children at his house near Buxi Bazar in 2000.
