SURAT: A 28-year-old textile mill manager died in mysterious instances at KP Sanghvi Hospital in the town on Tuesday. Family members refused to take deceased Kamlesh Ramesh Patil’s frame till motion used to be taken in opposition to negligent personnel of the clinic.
Meanwhile, police sent the frame for forensic postmortem and are looking ahead to document.
Patil, a resident of Pandesara, who used to be suffering from pneumonia, used to be admitted to Kavita Hospital. A physician there referred him to KP Sanghvi Hospital at Sagrampura and his treatment started best after the circle of relatives deposited Rs20,000 on Monday. However, the patient died 24 hours after his admission in the morning. Deceased’s family members allege that the clinic personnel didn’t take proper care of the patient on December 31 and that it used to be the main reason for his demise.
Hospital authorities said they themselves had sought forensic postmortem of the frame and that the reality will pop out quickly. A medico-legal case will likely be registered on the basis of forensic postmortem document at Athwa police station.
