UP: This year, 34 holidays for govt schools

ALLAHABAD: The state government has authorized 34 vacations for presidency number one and upper number one schools affiliated to or recognised by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. “Last 12 months, we gained complaints that colleges have been closed after conserving events and then it's been made up our minds to take strict disciplinary motion towards the principals or head masters concerned,” she stated. Only female academics and girl students can be allowed to take vacation on Karwa Chauth, Haritalika Teej, Sankatha Chaturthi and Lalai Chatth.
