Vadodara: A class VIII boy government primary faculty in Kural village used to be detained on Friday for allegedly raping a class I lady on the faculty premises in Padra taluka on March 26. The incident used to be reported to police on Friday after the woman fell unwell and confided to her mom about the crime.
According to police, the boy took the six-year-old lady to the bathroom during recess and beat her up with a rod. He then assaulted her with a pencil in her private portions. The lady, then again, remained silent on what happened in class, even after going home.
The subsequent day she fell unwell and in spite of her mom persistent wondering, she didn't respond correctly. After someday she narrated the ordeal to her mom who instantly took her to a well being centre in Vadu. After examining her, doctors on the well being centre knowledgeable the police. The police then detained the boy from his home and registered a case of rape, assault and violation of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO) Act and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
While the minor is undergoing treatment at SSG Hospital in Vadodara, the boy denied the fees when questioned in presence of his oldsters. Cops later offered him sooner than a juvenile court after which despatched him to juvenile home. Police mentioned that they're going to talk to the woman in presence of counsellors as soon as her well being improves.
