NEW DELHI: Infosys Ltd, India's second-biggest IT services corporate, stated on Thursday it could purchase a 75 per cent stake in ABN AMRO Group NV's loan administration services unit for 127.five million euros ($143.53 million).
Infosys will gain the stake in Stater NV thru unit Infosys Consulting Pvt Ltd and the transaction is predicted to close within the first quarter of fiscal 2020.
This is in step with Infosys' option to make stronger its loan servicing functions in Continental Europe, the device services corporate stated in a observation.
ABN AMRO will continue to hold the remainder 25 per cent stake in Stater, which operates within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
